Not only is this a fantastic team to be part of, but our Rix Tanker Driver Matt Sparrow (pictured to the left of the team) is Team Coach and puts in a lot of time with the boys to ensure they are playing well and having fun at the same time.

Working with local community groups is an important part of our business and all the depots support different organisations in their areas. Whether its sponsorship of an event, assisting Young Farmer groups with marketing material for social evenings or even donating a bottle of champagne for a charity golf match, Rix Petroleum tries to enhance the lives of those in the community by giving a little something back.
Each year our staff choose a charity that will be supported by all the businesses under the J R Rix & Sons umbrella and together they help to raise as much money as possible through sponsored sports events, team lunches and bake-offs. This year’s charity is Macmillan Cancer Support; keep an eye on our social media pages for news about what we’ve been getting up to.
