If you are a consumer and you wish to cancel an order, the following conditions will apply:
For some of our products bought online or otherwise, you have a legal right to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancelation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days and receive a refund.
If your oil delivery has already commenced into your tank, your right to cancel does not apply.
Please download the PDF form. Print a copy and then complete the form, sign, and date it, and then post it to your local depot.
Please note you can only cancel your bulk delivery before the delivery has commenced.

What happens next when you have sent us the cancelation form?
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm that your order has been canceled, this will be done either over the phone or by email.
Where you have agreed for us to make agreed deliveries on specific dates, you can still cancel any scheduled delivery that has not been delivered so far.
