1/ Get a quote
On our dedicated website page, input the amount of oil you wish to order and our system will instantly give you the up to date prices with delivery options to suit you.
2/ Confirm your order
Once you have decided which delivery date to go for, confirm it by clicking “order now” via our secure checkout.
After you have filled in a few personal details, you will be asked to check that they are all correct. At this stage you will be able to include any delivery special instructions.
3/ Payment
Simply enter the payment details of either a credit (charges apply) or debit card (free) via our secure online checkout using 3D Protection. Find out more about 3D protection here.
You will be asked to confirm your payment and once this has been authorised you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details about your order.
4/ Sit back and relax
Now all you have to do is to wait for one of our friendly tank drivers to arrive with your delivery of heating oil. Remember, you don’t have to be in to take delivery of your heating oil. Our driver will leave you a copy of your delivery receipt confirming the exact amount of oil delivered.
5/ How did we do?
Around 15 days after you have placed your order; you will be sent an email kindly asking you to leave us feedback about the order and delivery service we provided via Feefo, the independent feedback engine. We really appreciate any feedback we get.
